7. How can I focus during the meditations? I think too much and/or space out. 

Chris Redding will guide you through imagery, affirmations, and emotional release exercises. Members of the program generally find it easy and enjoyable to focus. 8. How can I get comfortable during my meditation sessions? 

One of the most important aspects of meditating is to be able to sit comfortably, without an aching back, your legs hurting, or going to sleep. We recommend sitting in a straight-backed chair, on a cushion (meditation cushions or standard "hard" cushions from your home) on the floor, or lying in corpse pose on a yoga mat (or towel). Many great meditators with years of experience do not sit on the floor like Buddha; they use a basic chair for their meditations. Choose whatever option is both comfortable for you and keeps you awake.
